We are seeking a highly organised and creative Junior Digital Marketing Executive to support our marketing, content, and administrative team.
This hybrid role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, visual editing skills, knowledge of website content management, and analytical skills.
The ideal candidate is also confident using AI tools to streamline content creation and improve efficiency.
Content Creation & Editing
- Edit and format short-form video content for social media, blogs, and podcasts (e.g. Reels, Shorts, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Create visuals using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Express
- Repurpose content across multiple formats (image carousels, quote graphics, short clips, etc.)
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all visual content
Website & Blog Management
- Upload and format blog content in WordPress
- Optimise each post with SEO-friendly headers, meta descriptions, and compressed images
- Make basic web content updates (testimonials, bios, service info)
Newsletter Creation & Management
- Design and build email newsletters (using platforms like Mailchimp or Stripo)
- Source content and imagery, write short summaries, and schedule sends
- Track open rates, clicks, and overall performance, providing monthly insights
AI Tool Use
- Use AI tools to assist with:
- Caption writing, content ideation
- Image generation or enhancement
- Streamlining repetitive tasks or data handling
Analytics & Reporting
- Track the performance of content and campaigns using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, email platforms, and other relevant tools.
- Assist in compiling and formatting monthly reports for internal & external review.
Must Have
- Strong video and image editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)
- WordPress experience (blog uploads, image optimisation, basic formatting)
- Knowledge of email platforms
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and content quality
- Solid organisational and time management skills
- An analytical mindset and the ability to track and interpret performance data
- 35 years of experience in digital marketing, content, or admin support roles is a must
