We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Digital Marketing Assistant to provide critical support to our Directors and wider marketing team. This role blends administrative coordination with digital marketing insight, requiring excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex schedules and follow-ups across multiple projects.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, have experience in digital marketing environments, and bring strong technical capabilities in Excel/Google Sheets, presentation tools, and AI platforms.
Director & Team Support
- Manage and coordinate the Directors calendars: schedule meetings, calls, and appointments
- Ensure all internal and external meetings have clear agendas, reminders, and follow-ups
- Coordinate the wider teams schedules, ensuring smooth workflow and minimal overlap
- Track and follow up on sales meetings and client communications
Online Marketing & Operations
- Assist with task management, project timelines, and internal deadlines
- Maintain organised digital files, shared calendars, and documentation systems
- Help prepare and format presentations for client meetings and internal updates (PowerPoint / Google Slides)
- Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Notion AI, Jasper) to assist with drafts, summaries, or documentation
Reporting & Admin
- Create and maintain tracking sheets for meetings, sales progress, and KPIs
- Build and manage shared Google Sheets/Excel dashboards for task tracking and performance reporting
- Support online marketing campaigns with data entry, documentation, and post-campaign reporting
