About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This individual will be a key leader responsible for owning the strategy, execution, and results of our paid acquisition and retention channels, including paid search, paid social, and email marketing. The ideal candidate is a data-driven strategist with a proven track record of driving significant growth in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. This role requires a blend of analytical prowess, creative thinking, and strong leadership, as you will manage and mentor the Paid Media Manager and the Email Strategy Manager to achieve our ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel performance marketing strategy that aligns with Digistore24’s business objectives, focusing on driving new vendor and affiliate acquisition, as well as customer retention.
- Channel Ownership: Oversee all aspects of paid search (SEM), paid social media, and email marketing campaigns. This includes planning, budgeting, execution, and optimization to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Team Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals, including the Paid Media Manager and Email Strategy Manager. Foster a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and data-driven decision-making.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Establish a robust analytics framework to measure, monitor, and report on campaign performance. Analyze data to uncover actionable insights, identify trends, and make data-informed recommendations for optimizing campaigns and improving key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
- Budget Management: Manage the performance marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across channels to meet or exceed targets while maintaining efficiency.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Champion a culture of continuous improvement by developing and implementing a rigorous A/B testing and experimentation roadmap for creatives, landing pages, and campaign targeting.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Sales, Product, and Content, to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach that supports the entire customer journey.
- Industry Expertise: Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends, new technologies, and best practices to identify and leverage new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong background in managing paid search, paid social, and email marketing campaigns.
- Leadership: 2+ years of experience directly managing and developing a team of marketing professionals.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that have driven significant, measurable growth in customer acquisition and revenue.
- Platform Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with major advertising platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
- Analytics Skills: Advanced proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and data visualization platforms. Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Email Marketing: In-depth knowledge of email marketing best practices, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
