About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with a focus on performance marketing and AI-driven marketing strategies. This is a full-time, onsite position at our Dehradun office. You will own our paid acquisition channels end to end, from strategy and campaign setup to optimization and reporting, and you will work closely with our sales and product teams to turn marketing activity into measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to generate high-quality leads and maximize return on ad spend
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across paid, organic, and social media channels
- Use AI-powered tools to improve campaign performance, content creation, audience targeting, and marketing automation
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and share actionable insights through regular reporting
- Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize campaign spend across channels
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to create high-converting campaigns and landing pages
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation
- Stay current with industry trends, AI technologies, and advertising platform updates
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3 or more years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with measurable results
- Working knowledge of AI tools and their application in digital marketing
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and campaign performance analysis
- Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion rate optimization, and marketing analytics
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, IT, or B2B marketing
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation platforms
- Experience with CRM systems and lead nurturing workflows
- Familiarity with content marketing and social media strategy
- Google Ads or Meta advertising certifications
