We are recruiting for two ServiceNow Developers to work on a contract for our German client

About the Role

Role 1: ServiceNow Developer – IRM / BCM Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance ServiceNow modules with a focus on Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Information Risk Management (IRM).
• Write clean, efficient, and fully documented code following clients standards.
• Participate in the design, planning, and implementation of ServiceNow platform improvements.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and UAT support to ensure delivery quality.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and developers on solution delivery.
• Contribute to code reviews and offer constructive technical feedback.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience as a tester in ServiceNow projects (test plans, scripts, execution, UAT).
• Experience in at least one large-scale transport/logistics ServiceNow project, particularly in BCM.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow IRM module (minimum 5 project references).
• Strong technical knowledge of middle-layer development in the ServiceNow ecosystem:
• GraphQL queries
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• Web 2.0+ technologies
• Git versioning

Role 2: Senior ServiceNow Frontend Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimise frontend solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Implement user-facing components and enhance UI/UX for BCM and IRM modules.
• Participate in planning, design, and development cycles for ServiceNow enhancements.
• Write high-quality, well-documented code following modern software standards.
• Perform testing, debugging, and code review participation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable platform improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.

• Experience with API programming (REST/JSON) – minimum 2 references.

• Participation in at least one large enterprise project in transport/logistics focusing on Business Continuity Management.

• Solid frontend development expertise in the ServiceNow context using:

• JavaScript

• TypeScript

• GraphQL

• React

• Git

• Web 2.0+
