WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team and help build intelligent solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot and modern AI technologies. In this role, you will design and develop AI agents that integrate with enterprise systems, enabling users to interact with business data and services through intelligent automation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Design, develop, and maintain AI agents using Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Integrate AI agents with backend systems, APIs, SharePoint, and other enterprise services.
Develop and maintain integrations with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
Collaborate with software engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to design AI-powered workflows.
Build and optimize backend services using Python and/or C#.
Troubleshoot, test, and enhance AI solutions to ensure reliability and performance.
Contribute to the design of scalable, secure, and maintainable AI architectures.
Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI, Microsoft Copilot, and enterprise automation technologies.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

5+ years of Commercial experience developing AI-powered applications or intelligent automation solutions.
Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot or similar AI platforms.
Understanding of AI fundamentals, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
Experience integrating applications through APIs and enterprise services.
Programming experience with Python and/or C#.
Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 services.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and work effectively in low-code or non-traditional development environments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong self-organization, time management, and ability to work independently.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.

NICE TO HAVE

Experience working with Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Experience building AI agents or conversational AI applications.
Knowledge of Azure AI services or Microsoft Power Platform.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Familiarity with enterprise authentication and security concepts.
Experience integrating AI solutions with internal business applications and workflows.
Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices.
