Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role remote for a UI Designer with expertise in Motion Graphics and a focus on WEB3 Blockchain solutions. The UI Designer will create compelling user interfaces and experiences, produce engaging motion graphics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative design solutions to life. Key responsibilities include designing mockups, improving user experience, creating interactive prototypes, and ensuring seamless integration of blockchain technology into the platform.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Design clean, modern UI for web and mobile fintech products
• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces
• Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma
• Design UI animations, transitions, and micro-interactions
• Produce motion assets for product launches and marketing campaigns
• Translate complex fintech concepts into clear, elegant visual experiences
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams
• Maintain visual consistency across all digital touchpoints

• Proven experience as a UI Designer for digital products
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI systems and product-level design work
• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Solid understanding of UX principles and usability
• Experience with motion design tools (e.g., After Effects)
• Strong grasp of interaction design and UI animation
• Experience designing for both web and mobile
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Qualifications

• Strong skills in User Interface Design and User Experience (UX) to create intuitive and engaging designs for a WEB3 Blockchain-focused application.
• Proficiency in Visual Design and creating high-quality mockups to convey design concepts and ideas effectively.
• Experience in Front-End Development to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and ensure the design is implemented smoothly.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation to produce dynamic, interactive content for the application.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar software.
• Understanding of WEB3 concepts and blockchain technology is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
