🚀 About the Role

We’re seeking a Game Designer with a passion for strategic multiplayer gameplay, blockchain integration, and AI-driven narrative systems to join our DIGIKA.AI team. You’ll help shape the core gameplay loops, economy systems, and real-time PvP experiences for a cutting-edge Web3 gaming platform that blends AI, NFTs, and tactical decision-making.

This is a unique opportunity to design for a next-gen game involving neural agents, faction wars, NFT-based ownership, and real-time player combat.

🧠 What You'll Be Doing

• Gameplay System Design
• Design core PvE and PvP loops, including tactical combat, faction-based progression, and skill-based matchmaking
• Balance AI-driven mission structures and neural agents for varied challenge levels
• Economy & Reward Systems
• Design tokenized in-game economies that incorporate NFTs, staking mechanics, and burn/mint systems
• Structure rewards to encourage engagement and retention, while maintaining economic stability
• Web3 Integration Design
• Collaborate with blockchain developers to translate smart contract functionality into intuitive player-facing game mechanics
• Design and test systems for NFT trading, wallet-based progression, and player ownership
• Multiplayer & Social Design
• Create mechanics that encourage social cooperation and PvP rivalries, such as clan/faction wars, resource control, and leaderboard battles
• Narrative & Mission Structuring
• Work with AI tools and writers to build procedurally adaptive mission types
• Develop meta-narratives that respond to player choices and faction control
• UX & Player Flow
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure gameplay systems are accessible, intuitive, and well-paced
• Data & Tuning
• Use analytics and telemetry to refine balancing, progression pacing, and meta loops

✅ Requirements

• 7 to 9 years of professional game design experience (including at least 1 shipped title)
• Experience designing for PvP, MMO, or strategy-based games
• Understanding of Web3 game design: NFTs, wallets, tokenomics, DAOs
• Familiarity with blockchain ecosystems like Ethereum, Polygon, or Binance Smart Chain
• Strong documentation, prototyping, and systems thinking skills
• Comfortable working with cross-disciplinary teams (engineers, artists, blockchain devs)

⭐ Bonus Points

• Experience in Unity game design and/or working alongside Unity devs
• Familiarity with procedural content generation or AI-driven gameplay systems
• Background in economic modeling or tokenomics
• Knowledge of decentralized governance or player-driven economies
