As we continue to grow, we are seeking a core partner to lead business development, sales, and marketing efforts — someone who can help us build relationships, expand our client base, and position us as a leading partner in engineering innovation.
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional role — it is a partnership opportunity. As a Partner, you will receive 10% profit share ownership while actively contributing to the company’s growth. Additional compensation is available for any billable client work you contribute directly.

What You’ll Do
- Drive business development, sales, and client acquisition strategies.
- Build and maintain a network of strategic partnerships within the Bay Area and beyond.
- Lead and execute marketing, branding, and positioning initiatives.
- Develop long-term client relationships and ensure ongoing account growth.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships that expand service offerings and market reach.
- Collaborate with technical leadership to align client needs with our engineering expertise.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in business development, sales, or marketing (engineering services, consulting, SaaS, or tech-related background preferred).
- A strong Bay Area network with the ability to open doors and build relationships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — motivated by ownership and long-term value creation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in an early-stage environment with minimal structure.
- Bonus: Experience in branding, partnerships, or fundraising.
