As we scale our impact across the GCC, we are looking to recruit a strategic and creative Marketing Manager with proven experience in the real estate industry.

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a real estate-savvy Marketing Manager who understands property buyer behavior, off-plan marketing, lead generation, and positioning strategies for residential, commercial, or luxury developments.

This is a dynamic role that combines digital marketing expertise with strong project leadership to help drive visibility, leads, and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for real estate projects and property portfolios
• Plan and manage digital campaigns across social media, Google Ads, real estate portals, and more
• Oversee creative content, brochures, videos, email campaigns, and promotional materials
• Work with sales teams to align marketing efforts with lead generation and conversion goals
• Manage third-party vendors (agencies, designers, photographers, etc.)
• Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reporting
• Support property launches, events, and open houses
• Stay up to date with real estate market trends and buyer profiles

What We’re Looking For

✔ 4–8 years of experience in real estate marketing (developers, brokers, agencies, or consultancies)

✔ Proven track record in launching or marketing property projects

✔ Strong knowledge of lead generation, digital ads, and CRM tools

✔ Excellent communication and project management skills

✔ Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Real Estate

✔ Arabic-English bilingual is a plus
