We’re looking for a Full-Stack B2B Digital Marketing Business Owner — a systems thinker and operator who can expand our digital growth engine targeting benefits leaders, HR executives, and benefits consultants. You’ll design and develop, and run an intelligent, automated platform that scales awareness, leads, and revenue.

What You’ll Do:

1. End-to-End Digital System Ownership

  • Own and enhance Digbi’s digital marketing system, connecting all pieces — from ad campaigns to CRM and reporting.
  • Expand our existing platform (LinkedIn Ads, Sales Navigator, Apollo.ai, CRM, Zapier, OpenAI) into a fully automated growth engine.
  • Design and maintain the data architecture, automations, and triggers that convert top-of-funnel engagement into measurable pipeline and closed deals.
  • Manage lead capture, enrichment, scoring, and routing to sales, ensuring efficiency at every step.

2. Pipeline Generation & Growth Execution

  • Drive full-funnel digital campaigns targeting HR and benefits leaders at medium and large employers.
  • Manage performance across LinkedIn primarily, Google, and other relevant channels — optimizing for lead quality and conversion velocity.
  • Continuously test and refine targeting, workflows, and system logic to maximize ROI and lower CAC.

3. AI, Automation & Integration

  • Build and optimize automation flows using Zapier, OpenAI, or APIs connecting marketing, CRM, and analytics tools.
  • Implement and continuously evolve OpenAI-powered capabilities — GPTs, assistants, and agents — for personalization, data enrichment, and workflow automation.
  • Act as the internal AI systems champion, driving the adoption of emerging tools to improve productivity and insight generation.
  • Collaborate with data, sales, and product teams to ensure closed-loop attribution and pipeline visibility.

4. Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Own campaign analytics and performance dashboards across every channel and funnel stage.
  • Build real-time reporting to track CAC, MQL→SQL conversion, and cost per booked demo.
  • Present insights weekly to growth leadership and identify bottlenecks or opportunities.
  • Maintain a structured test-and-learn roadmap focused on measurable performance improvements.

What You Bring (Must-Haves)

This is a technical, system-building marketing role, not a creative or brand-marketing function. You think in data flows, integrations, and efficiency loops.

  • 2–7 years of B2B digital or demand generation experience — preferably targeting HR or benefits decision-makers.
  • Deep proficiency in LinkedIn Ads, Sales Navigator, and Apollo.ai.
  • Proven ability to architect and operate marketing systems using Zapier, HubSpot/Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Assistants API, GPT Actions, or similar) for automation and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of data systems, APIs, and automation logic; able to map end-to-end campaign infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated success running multi-channel, full-funnel campaigns that generate a qualified pipeline.
  • An analytical and metrics-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel or BI tools (Looker, Power BI, or Google Data Studio).
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills; ability to standardize and scale processes.
  • A builder’s mindset — self-directed, entrepreneurial, and motivated to accelerate growth through intelligent system design.

Education

  • A bachelor’s degree is required in engineering, computer science, information systems, data science, and economics.
  • MBA or an advanced business degree is preferred in Data Science.
