Role Overview
We are looking for a core team member with SaaS product growth and operations experience. As a key contributor, you will lead the design of Dify’s global marketing and growth strategy and drive its execution. Engaging and collaborating with users worldwide will also be a central part of this role.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute international marketing and growth strategies for Dify and its product lines. Continuously run growth experiments and channel validations to uncover core growth drivers.
- Own data analysis and insights for SaaS products: build conversion funnels and data models, and take responsibility for new user acquisition, conversion, and LTV.
- Build user segmentation frameworks and design targeted lifecycle marketing and user operation strategies.
- Drive SaaS product commercial growth by optimizing the end-to-end user journey and lifecycle experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields are preferred.
- 5+ years of experience, including 0→1 product growth/marketing experience; prior experience in overseas SaaS, software, or tools products is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of AI technologies, especially LLMs; practical experience with AI tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with growth methodologies and operating strategies on major product/tech community platforms (e.g., Product Hunt, Hacker News, Reddit, YouTube).
- Strong teamwork, business acumen, and data analysis skills; ROI mindset and exceptional execution ability.
- International background: overseas study/work experience; fluent in English as a working language.
