About Diagnocat
Diagnocat is an AI imaging platform for dentistry. It analyzes dental scans and images to help clinicians see more, communicate findings clearly to patients, and plan treatment with confidence. We’re building our team across the Americas and looking for people who want to help shape how dentists adopt AI in everyday care.
About the Role
Dentistry is a peer-to-peer profession. Dentists trust their peers, respected clinical leaders, and the evidence they see in real practices far more than any ad.
We’re looking for a hands-on marketer to run the programs that put those voices to work: our KOL program, webinars and professional education, clinical content, and our presence at industry events. You’ll work closely with our growth marketing team, clinical experts, and sales and customer success across the US, Canada, and Latin America.
You own the marketing execution. Clinical accuracy stays with our clinical team, and Legal and Regulatory review promotional claims.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage relationships with KOLs in general dentistry and the specialties, and coordinate their involvement in webinars, events, content, and testimonials
- Run the webinar program: calendar, topics, speakers, and content, partnering with growth marketing on promotion and follow-up
- Produce clinical marketing content with our experts: case studies, testimonials, educational videos, articles, and KOL-led social content
- Lead our professional program at conferences and trade shows: KOL participation, educational sessions, demos, and relationship building
- Grow study clubs, reference clinics, dental school relationships, and our network of clinical ambassadors
- Track what works: active KOLs, content delivered and used, webinar attendance, and the leads and referrals that come from KOL and webinar activity
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in marketing, ideally in dental, medical device, or healthcare technology
- Hands-on experience running KOL or advocacy programs, webinars, professional education, or industry events
- You work well with clinicians and can turn complex topics into clear, engaging material
- Highly organized, comfortable managing many moving pieces on a schedule
- Clear writer and confident presenter to clinicians, partners, and colleagues
- Willing to travel to conferences and customer events
- Nice to have: experience with regulated healthcare marketing and Spanish
Details
- Remote, United States, with travel to industry events
- Full-time
