Primary Goal: Drive pipeline growth and global market expansion by identifying, engaging, and converting high-value prospects into qualified opportunities for Dhyati.
We are seeking a strategic, execution-focused Marketing & Business Development leader to expand our presence across global markets. This role combines demand generation, strategic outreach, and relationship-led business development.
You will work closely with founders and leadership to shape go-to-market initiatives, build a strong digital presence, and open doors with decision-makers across industries and geographies.
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
(1) Global Sales and business development
- Research, Identify and prioritize high-value target accounts across key regions
- Design and execute outbound strategies for enterprise and mid-market segments via LinkedIn, email and more.
- Engage decision-makers through strategic outreach and relationship-building
Relationship Building
- Engage professionally with CXOs, founders, and senior leaders
- Build long-term relationships, not just one-time leads
- Represent the company with confidence and clarity in written and verbal communication
- Qualify opportunities and drive them through early-stage pipeline
- Collaborate with Account Executives on deal strategy and positioning
- Own CRM discipline, pipeline tracking, and forecasting inputs
- Support proposal development, pitch narratives, and market entry initiatives
(2) Marketing Strategy
- Own and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies across global markets
- Lead content strategy including thought leadership, case studies, and executive positioning
- Oversee LinkedIn growth initiatives, targeted campaigns, and audience engagement
- Plan and optimize organic and paid digital campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI
- Identify market trends, competitor positioning, and account intelligence
Who we're looking for:
- 10–15 years in B2B marketing, demand generation, or global business development with proven success in driving pipeline, qualified leads, and revenue
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred; experience leading global initiatives across multiple markets
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution and results orientation
- Experience engaging and influencing senior executives and CXOs across international markets
- Skilled in strategic go-to-market planning, scaling operations, and mentoring teams
- Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Zoho, Notion, Google Sheets, and marketing/CRM analytics at minimum.
