Dharma Centre for Workplace Wellbeing is looking for a Sales & Digital Marketing Lead to help us scale our digital academy and subscription platform.
About the Role
You’ll take full ownership of Dharma Academy’s subscription growth funnel — from awareness and lead generation to conversion and retention. This role blends strategy and execution. You’ll work directly with the founder, B2B global marketing agency and the Dharma team to:
- Build and optimise digital funnels that convert
- Manage multichannel campaigns (email, paid, partnerships, organic)
- Own CRM systems, nurture sequences, and campaign analytics
- Optimise the membership site experience
- Drive lead generation through events, referrals, and partnerships
- Lead our B2B social media presence by creating and executing strategic content that builds brand awareness, nurtures leads, and drives engagement with HR professionals, wellbeing leads, and business leaders
You’ll be at the heart of our growth engine, with autonomy and a clear opportunity to grow into a Head of Sales & Marketing role as Dharma scales.
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings a strong combination of strategic thinking and hands-on capability. You’ll likely have:
- Proven experience selling digital subscriptions (SaaS, e-learning, memberships, etc.)
- Strong skills in funnel building, campaign management, email marketing, and conversion rate optimisation
- A data-driven mindset with a sharp eye for analytics and performance
- A self-led approach with the confidence to take initiative and drive results
- Alignment with our purpose and values — you care about wellbeing, impact, and helping people thrive
- Lead our B2B social media presence by creating and executing strategic content that builds brand awareness, nurtures leads, and drives engagement
Bonus Points if You Have:
- Experience with platforms like Kajabi, Teachable, or Memberful
- Knowledge of workplace wellbeing or mental health
- Experience working in a purpose-led startup or growth-stage business
What Success Looks Like in Your First Year
By the end of year one, success in this role will include:
- Subscriber Growth: At least 900 new active paying members with reduced churn and a clear growth trajectory
- Funnel Conversion: A fully implemented funnel converting at 3–5% from lead to subscriber
- Lead Generation: 3,000 qualified leads generated across organic, paid, and partnership channels
- Campaign Performance: Minimum of 8 high-performing campaigns, each with measurable KPIs and learning reviews
- Retention & Engagement: Churn reduced to below 5%, and email engagement rates above 40%
- Social Media: Consistent, engaging B2B social media presence that increases our LinkedIn follower count by at least 30% in six months, doubles monthly engagement from HR professionals and wellbeing leads, and generates a minimum of 100 qualified clicks per month to our landing pages and subscription offers
