Department: Marketing Division

Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Grameen HealthTech Limited (GHL) is looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing Communications (MarCom) to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing communication strategies that strengthen brand equity, accelerate customer acquisition, enhance stakeholder trust, and support business growth across all products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy & Positioning
• Integrated Campaign Management
• Creative & Content Leadership
• Digital Marketing & Media Excellence
• Public Relations & Thought Leadership
• ATL, BTL & Experiential Marketing
• Stakeholder & Reputation Management
• Marketing Operations & Governance

Education

• MBA/BBA in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, or related discipline
• Additional professional qualifications in Digital Marketing, Media Planning, or Brand Strategy preferred

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Marketing Communications, Brand Management, Media, or Integrated Marketing
• Proven leadership experience in Telecom, FMCG, FinTech, Healthcare, E-commerce, or Digital Platforms
• Strong track record of managing large-scale integrated campaigns and agency ecosystems
