As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Graphic Designer and Marketing Assistant to enhance our brand presence and support our marketing initiatives.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about content creation, social media and brand storytelling. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Marketing Team, HR, and Sales to develop engaging content that drives recruitment, brand awareness, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and edit engaging video content for Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram to showcase our brand, services, and company culture.
- Manage and maintain the Instagram account, ensuring consistent branding and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop creative recruitment campaigns.
- Work with the Sales team to design content that attracts potential clients.
- Design and produce flyers, sales presentations, newsletters, and other marketing materials using Canva or similar tools.
- Assist in email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.
- Maintain and update Google Documents related to marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with trends on TikTok and Instagram to create viral-worthy content.
- SEO and Website Management
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, content creation, and social media marketing.
- Proficiency or familiarity with:
- Mailchimp (email marketing)
- Instagram (content creation & account management)
- Canva (graphic design)
- Google Documents (collaborative work)
- Strong video creation and editing skills (for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms).
- Ability to develop creative and compelling content aligned with brand identity.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in proofreading and editing.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
- Part-time: 20 hours per week (Monday – Thursday, 9 AM – 2 PM ET)
- Some occasional Fridays may be required.
