Graphic Designer And AV Editor

About The Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing & Branding team. The ideal candidate should have strong visual communication skills and hands-on experience in creating impactful designs across print, digital, outdoor, social media and on-site branding.

Experience working with a real estate developer, advertising agency, or real estate-focused creative agency will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative assets for real estate project launches, brand campaigns, offers, events, and ongoing marketing initiatives.
• Create brochures, flyers, leaflets, newspaper ads, magazine ads, corporate profiles, presentations, sales collaterals, invitations, and other print materials.
• Develop social media creatives, Meta & Google ad creatives, web banners, emailers, WhatsApp creatives, and other digital marketing assets.
• Design and adapt artwork for hoardings, billboards, barricades, site branding, directional signage, sales galleries, experience centres, and other outdoor media.
• Develop strong campaign Key Visuals (KVs) and adapt them consistently across multiple communication channels.
• Maintain brand consistency across all corporate and project-level communication.
• Work with architectural renders, project images, floor plans, location maps, amenities, and lifestyle imagery to create premium visual communication.
• Perform image retouching, colour correction, compositing, and enhancement of project renders and photographs.
• Coordinate with marketing teams, agencies, printers, outdoor vendors, and other production partners for timely execution.
• Prepare accurate print-ready and production-ready artwork while ensuring correct dimensions, resolution, bleed, colour profiles, and file formats.
• Support basic motion graphics, reels, project teasers, and video content when required.
• Use AI-powered creative tools to support ideation, image generation/enhancement, and faster creative execution.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality creative work within deadlines.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Working knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Adobe Express, Figma or Canva will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, visual hierarchy, branding, and composition.
• Experience in print, digital, outdoor, and large-format design.
• Good knowledge of CMYK/RGB, DPI, bleed, artwork sizing, pre-press, and print production.
• Ability to develop concepts from a marketing brief and translate them into effective visual communication.
• Good eye for premium, contemporary, and aspirational design, particularly for real estate and lifestyle brands.
• Knowledge of AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, communication, and multitasking skills.
