Job Description

As a performance marketing manager, your main job is to manage and optimize ad campaigns to ensure they are profitable. You'll be responsible for monitoring key metrics like ROAS and profitability. You'll also handle native ads, making sure they align with our brand. You'll work with the creative and Shop (E-commerce) teams to create ads, and ensure ads are effective and the website converts well.

You will be joining our existing performance marketing team. This will be a remote role.

Responsibilities

• Platforms: Google, Meta, (Taboola bonus)
• Monitor ad costs, profitability, and ROAS
• Own the whole creative and ads pipeline
• Launch, Optimize and schedule ad campaigns
• Analyze and report on campaign performance
• Analyze creatives and come up with variations
• Research on the competitors’ and come up with ads
• Look at creative and provide feedback for improvements
• Look at landing pages and give feedback for improvements
• Work with google analytics, microsoft clarity and meta business manager to identify bottlenecks and do improvements
• Work with creative team for ads assets
• Provide feedback to the creative and shop teams on the products' performance
• Experiment with new ad platforms and formats
• Ensure we are using the latest features from all platforms

• Deliver high ROAS and profitable campaigns
• Ensure smooth media buying processes with internal team
• Proactively contribute to projects
• Ensure there’s a constant flow of testing and developing ads
• Maintain commitment to timely and accurate task completion

Requirements

• Proven experience in performance marketing (min 2-3 years)
• Experience with significant ad spend (Ad spend 15k Euro Per Month and above)
• Knowledge of e-commerce business
• Knowledge and Hands-On Experience using AI Tools
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills
• Familiarity with Slack, ClickUp, Google workspace
• Fluency in English (Must) as we are an international team; other languages are a plus
• Degree in Marketing or Business is a plus
• Willingness to learn and adapt
