Job Title: Senior Marketing Project Leader (Contractor)

Duration: 06 Months Contract + Possibility of Extension/FTE

Location: Remote

Pay Rate: $63.00 - $65.21 Hourly

JOB SUMMARY

Responsibility Summary/Job Description:

• Works cross-functionally to lead the successful development of multiple highly complex campaigns and projects across audiences for a given business area(s) throughout entire project lifecycle.
• Develops and leads holistic, multi-faceted project plans by collaborating with strategic partners, and incorporates the chosen project management methodology, technology, and tools.
• Anticipates, identifies, executes solutions to manage project issues and risks by tracking, assigning ownership, following up, and understanding and sharing impact on deliverables, cost, resources and schedule with project and account teams, strategic partners, and business area(s).
• Uses project management technologies and tools such as scopes of work and resource estimates to create project and resource plans, and performs analysis to ensure resource allocation efficiency, project deadlines are met and delivered within budget.
• Leads securing all legal, compliance and branding approvals and ensures record retention procedures are followed.

Skills:

• 5+ years project management experience in corporate marketing or
• 5+ creative agency environment
• or B.S. in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience required.
• Proficient in waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
• Highly motivated and results oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Navigates ambiguity with speed and grace.
• Proficiency in Workfront is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in project management methodologies such as PMP Previous experience in financial services highly preferred, or other regulated industries
