Job Title: Product Marketing Manager III (Horizon OS)

Location: Remote

Start Date: September 1, 2025 - (7-month contract)

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join the Horizon OS Product Marketing Team.
• This role will support product development and lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for a next-generation operating system in the mixed reality (MR) space.
• This is a highly cross-functional position requiring strategic thinking, program execution, and collaborative leadership.
• You will influence product roadmaps, define audience positioning, and oversee the GTM strategy and execution, including bi-monthly feature releases.
• The ideal candidate has a background in product marketing or product management within a dynamic and fast-paced environment and is adept at using data and insights to drive decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive GTM strategy and execution for Horizon OS features
• Collaborate with product teams to define strategy, roadmap, and success metrics to ensure product-market fit
• Develop product positioning, naming, audience segmentation, and sizing
• Lead the creation and alignment of go-to-market strategies grounded in user insights and market analysis
• Manage and support release communications to consumer audiences

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or business strategy
• Proven experience in defining and executing GTM strategies
• Strong program management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Data-driven decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Product Development, or equivalent work experience
• Authorized to work in the country of employment at the time of hire and throughout employment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing consumer marketing plans
• Domain expertise in Mixed Reality (MR), Virtual Reality (VR), or Operating System product launches
• Experience working at large tech companies or on innovative product teams

What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day:

• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on product features and release goals
• Lead end-to-end GTM planning and execution for bi-monthly feature updates
• Communicate updates and shifts in plans to all relevant stakeholders
• Identify process improvements to increase the effectiveness of GTM execution

Performance Metrics:

• Timely and effective execution of go-to-market responsibilities
• Ability to proactively manage changes in GTM plans
• Demonstrated collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams
• Contribution to streamlined and efficient processes
