Position Summary:

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of product strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams—including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support—to deliver innovative, market-aligned products that support the company’s vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Define and implement product strategies that drive growth, increase market share, and align with organizational objectives.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and guide product development. Understand user personas, product usage, and associated business processes.
• Roadmap Planning: Develop and manage comprehensive product roadmaps. Maintain a prioritized, benefit-justified backlog aligned with stakeholder expectations and business goals.
• Product Development: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle—from ideation to launch—ensuring high quality and customer-centric outcomes.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure smooth product delivery, launches, and continuous improvements.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders, including executive leadership and customers. Collaborate closely with engineering to meet roadmap commitments.
• Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and drive improvements.
• Customer Focus: Collect and analyze customer feedback to prioritize enhancements and maximize satisfaction.
• Product Demonstration: Present product capabilities to clients, end users, and leadership to identify efficiency improvements and growth opportunities.
• Compliance: Adhere to the terms of the employment contract, company policies, and all applicable directives (including but not limited to reassignments, remote or hybrid arrangements, and evolving business requirements). The company reserves the right to modify such policies and directives at its discretion.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or an advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in product management with a demonstrated history of successful product launches.

Skills:

• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven expertise in the product lifecycle—from ideation to launch
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with product development methodologies and tools; a technical background is a plus.
• Leadership: Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects; prior leadership of other Product Owners is a strong advantage.
• Domain Expertise:
• Experience with U.S. healthcare interoperability and integration projects
• Familiarity with payer domain and regulatory requirements in healthcare interoperability
• Working knowledge of FHIR and HL7 standards is essential
