Job Title: Growth Marketing Analyst IV

Position Overview
- A leading digital marketing organization is seeking a Growth Marketing Analyst IV to support end-to-end execution of digital campaigns across email, paid ads, and onsite channels.
- The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Marketo, or similar marketing automation tools, and is passionate about driving scalable customer engagement through data-driven marketing journeys.
- This role will require high attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaign requests simultaneously, including setup, QA of marketing assets, troubleshooting/debugging, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and launch digital marketing campaigns across email, paid media, and onsite channels using marketing automation platforms.
- Conduct QA reviews of marketing materials, landing pages, and campaign flows before launch.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues and delivery failures within marketing systems.
- Coordinate campaign timelines and manage stakeholder communication.
- Execute campaigns for both B2C and B2B audiences across large-scale customer segments.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Marketo, or similar.
- Hands-on experience managing large-scale multi-channel campaigns (Email, Paid Social, SEM, Display, etc.).
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices.
- High degree of detail orientation with experience in QA/testing workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Working knowledge of SQL and AMPScript.
Team & Work Environment
- Collaborative marketing operations team consisting of full-time employees and contractors across the U.S. and internationally.
- Strong support system with buddy pairing for campaign launches.
- Performance evaluated based on campaign accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.
