The role

We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Lead Product Designer to own and shape the user experience of their flagship iOS/Android mobile app. This is a high-impact position, reporting directly to the VP of Product and collaborating with engineers and the founder. You’ll be responsible for redesigning the app’s UX from the ground up - balancing innovation, simplicity, and customer needs.

What you'll be doing

Lead the UX redesign of the app, maintaining the clean and intuitive experience users love
Conduct user research and interviews to uncover core user goals and pain points
Translate findings into prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs (Figma)
Work closely with engineers to ensure smooth implementation and optimal performance
Establish a regular user testing process and iterate based on feedback
Own the design process end-to-end, from discovery to delivery

What we’re looking for

5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, with a focus on mobile apps
Portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful, user-centered solutions and clean execution
Strong UX research and testing skills; data-informed design thinking
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across teams
Proactive mindset and readiness to lead the design strategy independently
Passion for solving real user problems - not just making things look good
