Machine Learning Engineer

Location: Berlin / Remote

Salary: €90,000 - €120,000

The Role

We're partnering with a growing technology & manufacturing company seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to develop intelligent software solutions for complex business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and improve machine learning and optimization solutions.
• Develop scalable, production-quality software.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to technical decisions, code reviews, and best practices.

Requirements

Essential

• Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Strong software engineering experience, ideally with Python.
• Experience developing and deploying machine learning solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with ERP/MES systems

Desirable

• Experience with modern ML frameworks and cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD, and scalable systems.
• Previous mentoring or technical leadership experience.
