Senior .NET Developer with AI

Develocraft is seeking a Senior .NET Engineer with AI expertise for our client operating in the financial services sector.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with a strong specialization in AI agents, who will be responsible for designing and delivering production-ready, AI-powered solutions built within the Microsoft ecosystem.

This is a hands-on engineering role, focused on developing pragmatic AI systems (including LLMs, agents, and RAG architectures) that integrate seamlessly with real-world data and business processes in a corporate environment.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with .NET / .NET Core.
• Solid SQL and relational database design experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Practical experience building LLM-powered applications or AI agents.
• Experience with Microsoft Semantic Kernel or similar agent frameworks.
• Understanding of vector databases, embeddings, and RAG patterns.
• Experience with REST APIs and distributed systems.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of delivery.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, or Microsoft Foundry.
• Docker / Kubernetes experience.
• Exposure to non-Microsoft AI tooling (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Architect and build AI agent-based systems using .NET and Microsoft AI services.
• Design and implement agent workflows using Microsoft Semantic Kernel.
• Build RAG pipelines using vector databases and embeddings.
• Integrate AI components with enterprise APIs, databases, and services.
• Deploy and operate AI solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Make architectural decisions based on scalability, cost, security, and performance.
• Establish best practices for testing, monitoring, and evaluation of AI systems.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams in an agile environment.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor other developers where needed.

Salary:

• 1080 - 1240 PLN net/day
