We are looking for a senior full stack engineer who can design, build, and maintain high-quality web applications across the entire stack. This role requires deep expertise in modern front-end development with React, paired with strong backend engineering experience in PHP and Ruby on Rails. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of solutions end-to-end, and contributes to a strong engineering culture focused on quality, maintainability, and user impact.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end applications using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
Build, optimize, and extend backend services and APIs using PHP and Ruby on Rails
Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
Own feature development from concept through deployment, monitoring, and iteration
Improve application architecture, performance, and reliability across the stack
Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
Integrate with third-party APIs, internal services, and cloud-based infrastructure
Troubleshoot production issues, debug complex problems, and deliver timely fixes
Contribute to engineering standards, tooling improvements, and best practices
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the team

Required Skills and Experience:

5+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong proficiency with React, including hooks, state management, component design, and build tooling
Solid experience with PHP (Laravel, Symfony, or custom frameworks) for backend application development
Strong Ruby on Rails expertise, including ActiveRecord, background jobs, RESTful APIs, and MVC patterns
Deep understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and query optimization
Experience building and consuming REST or GraphQL APIs
Strong Git and GitHub workflow skills, including versioning, branching, and pull request management
Familiarity with containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments such as AWS or GCP
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
