Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will drive our product marketing initiatives, execute go-to-market plans, and enhance our online and brand presence through effective marketing strategies. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for technology.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Marketing
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive awareness and adoption of Deus X Pay offerings.
- Collaborate with our product development team to understand features and benefits, and translate them into compelling marketing messages.
Go-To-Market Plans
- Create and implement GTM plans for new product launches, ensuring alignment with company objectives and target audiences.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
Social Media Growth Strategy
- Design and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across platforms (e.g. Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.
- Engage in community management by fostering relationships with followers, responding to inquiries, building a reputable online community.
Advertising
- Plan and manage advertising campaigns across various channels (digital, online, print, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Optimize ad spend and performance through A/B testing and data analysis.
Graphic Design
- Design high-quality graphics and infographics that effectively communicate key messages through softwares such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Final Cut Pro, etc.
- Producing and editing short and long-form videos for social media and promotional use.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts.
- Ensuring all visual content aligns with our brand identity and guidelines.
Website Management & SEO
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the company website to ensure it is user-friendly and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with design and development agencies to enhance website functionality and aesthetics.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Monitor website analytics and generate reports to track SEO performance and make data-driven recommendations.
Content Management & Development
- Create, edit, and manage high-quality long and short-form content for blogs, newsletters, social media, and other marketing materials.
- Design visually appealing graphics, and videos for digital campaigns to enhance brand messaging.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all content and channels.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, in a tech, SaaS, or crypto environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and logical thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
