Our B2B SaaS platform is used daily by logistics companies, business owners, operations managers, dispatchers and drivers. As we scale and evolve into a product-led business, we’re looking for a hands-on UX Designer who is passionate about solving real-world operational challenges through thoughtful design and user empathy.
Role Summary
We are seeking a UX Designer who thrives in building complex systems and enjoys wearing multiple hats. You will deeply understand our product workflows, lead research and discovery and create designs based on detailed understanding of multiple user scenarios. This role blends UX design, product sense and business understanding to ensure our platform continues to meet the needs of our users and clients.
Responsibilities
User Experience Design
• Design wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes for web and mobile experiences
• Simplify complex workflows (e.g. job dispatching, route optimization, tracking)
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers in iterative sprints
• Use analytics and feedback to improve design outcomes
• Ensure design solutions align with business goals and technical feasibility
Hands-On Product Understanding
• Regularly use and test the product to fully understand feature functionality
• Participate in internal product demos, sandbox testing, and UAT
• Identify usability gaps and pain points from a user’s perspective
Product Testing & Scenarios
• Create UX-led test scenarios and test cases
• Conduct or assist in usability testing and feedback loops with internal/external users
• Track edge cases, user errors, and inconsistencies
Requirements
• 3+ years of UX design experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS or logistics/operations tech environment
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.)
• Strong understanding of usability, interaction design, and information architecture
• Comfortable getting hands-on with the actual product to test and explore features
• Some experience contributing to user stories, requirements, or UAT test cases
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, iterative environment
Nice to Have
• Familiarity with logistics, delivery tracking, or fleet management software
• Experience building with B2B products with complex workflows
• Experience building effective onboarding flows for PLG
