🚀 We're Hiring: Senior B2B Marketing Manager

📍 Dhaka, Bangladesh | Full-time | On-site

DesignSilc Digital is a 60+ member digital marketing agency with clients across Bangladesh, the UK, and the US. We work exclusively in the B2B space and we're looking for a seasoned marketing leader to join us.

This isn't an entry-level role. We need someone who has owned B2B client accounts, led teams, and can drive real pipeline results.

🎯 What You'll Own:

• Build and execute B2B marketing strategies across industries

• Manage full-funnel lead generation (LinkedIn, Google Ads, email outreach, content)

• Own client relationships — strategy, reporting, retention, and upsells

• Lead a team of designers, content writers, and ad specialists

• Drive pipeline growth through ABM approaches

• Track KPIs and present data-driven reports to clients and leadership

✅ Must-Have Requirements:

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience at the manager level or senior role

• Proven track record of B2B lead generation and client account management

• Deep knowledge of LinkedIn marketing, Google Ads, and email outreach for B2B

• Experience managing and leading a team

• Excellent written & spoken English — international client-facing

• Strong analytical mindset — CRM data, ad dashboards, reporting

• Agency experience strongly preferred
