We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the growth and optimization of our social media and newsletter initiatives, driving revenue, engagement, and brand awareness.

- Substantially increase social media engagement and follower count
- Enhance newsletter campaign performance — open rates, CTR, and revenue

DesignRush is seeking to make IMMEDIATE hires.
Responsibilities:
- Drive growth across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
- Improve newsletter KPIs and build new flows to grow engagement and subscribers
- Lead monetization initiatives for both channels to increase revenue
- Create a data-driven roadmap and calendar with measurable milestones
- Report weekly performance metrics and solve bottlenecks proactively
- Coordinate with team leads to align offers, promotions, and marketing efforts
- Optimize workflows using AI tools and agents for efficiency and scale
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years in social media strategy and content creation with proven growth results
- Demonstrated success in B2B newsletter campaigns
- Experience managing and scaling social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- 2-4 years in PPC strategy and execution
- Exceptional copywriting and communication skills (English)
- Strong command of marketing analytics tools
- Advanced understanding of AI tools, agents, and marketing automation workflows
- Self-driven, collaborative, and strategic thinker
- Availability to work from 6 AM to 3 PM EST
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience using no-code/low-code tools for automation
- Knowledge of email deliverability optimization
- Creative portfolio or examples of past campaigns with KPIs
