Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable and maintainable backend systems using Python and Django.
• Integrate and optimize AI models using OpenAI, Gemini, and Hugging Face APIs.
• Work with data pipelines and data lakes to support AI and analytics workflows.
• Explore and build features around voice agents and conversational interfaces.
• Collaborate with designers and front-end engineers to deliver seamless product experiences.
• Participate in brainstorming, prototyping, and building experimental features that push the limits of ADI.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Python and Django
• Hands-on experience with AI APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Hugging Face, etc.)
• Experience with data lakes, data pipelines, and large-scale data processing
• Familiarity with AI Voice systems and architecture
• Deep understanding of backend architecture, API development, and async processing
• Experience with front-end technologies (NextJS, React)
• Passion for design, UX, and building user-friendly applications
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English
• Previous experience in startups or early-stage product teams
