As a Senior Graphic Designer at Designity, you will transform ideas into visually compelling designs that capture attention and bring brand stories to life. Your work will span branding, packaging, social media assets, and marketing collateral, helping clients establish strong visual identities. As part of the Designity Creative Community, you'll collaborate with other top-tier creatives while refining your craft through exciting and challenging projects, and utilizing AI powered tools to champion efficiency.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design branding, packaging, social media content, and marketing materials that align with client goals and industry trends.
Develop original concepts and bring them to life through polished, high quality visuals.
Adapt designs to different industries and client needs while maintaining their brand integrity.
Collaborate with Creative Directors and fellow designers to refine and implement design concepts based on feedback.
Utilise AI powered tools to streamline design workflows, experiment with creative concepts, and fine tune visuals.
Stay up to date by exploring emerging design trends, software updates, and industry best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years of experience in graphic design, backed by a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
Exceptional design skills and experience using various tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, as well as using AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency and creativity.
Experience translating marketing strategies into effective visual assets.
Ability to create polished designs with minimal input and proactively request feedback for improvement.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
Driven to push creative boundaries, share knowledge, and refine your craft within a collaborative design community.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Nice to have: Experience in Motion Design or Web Design.
