Our established client is a B2B/B2C SaaS company helping innovative brands transform one-time purchases into lasting loyalty through intelligent automation, personalized engagement, and beautifully crafted digital experiences.

You’ll be joining a nimble product org where design is central to everything they do. You’ll own your work end-to-end, from discovery and ideation to polished UI, while collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing partners.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading end-to-end design work across critical product features, from exploration to implementation.
• Creating intuitive, high-impact experiences across web and mobile using tools like Figma.
• Working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to explore user needs, test ideas, and ship features that matter.
• Bringing your own user research chops to validate hypotheses and refine flows.
• Evolving and contributing to the design system to keep things consistent and scalable.
• Supporting cross-team efforts with assets, prototypes, and occasional marketing collateral.
• Jumping in to support customer-specific design needs when they arise.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6 years of experience in digital product design with a portfolio that shows range and depth across UX, UI, and systems thinking.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, along with prototyping and user testing tools.
• Great eye for structure and clarity—especially when designing within complex systems.
• Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams in a fast-moving environment.
• Confidence communicating design intent and feedback in a clear, thoughtful way.
• Ability to toggle between big-picture strategy and pixel-level execution.

Nice-to-Haves

• Background in both B2B and B2C SaaS products
• Familiarity designing for enterprise software with layered user roles or permissions
