We build digital experiences, brand identities, and design systems that transform how people feel, think, and act. Our clients span industries like SaaS, fintech, lifestyle, and consumer goods. Now, we’re looking for a multi-disciplinary Brand Strategist & Visual Designer who can lead both the thinking and the making behind powerful brand identities.
About the Role
This is a dual-role for someone who can move fluidly between strategy and design from discovering a brand’s soul to giving it a striking visual voice. You will work on branding projects end-to-end: from conducting discovery workshops and crafting positioning statements to translating those into cohesive visual identity systems.

What You’ll Do
Strategy & Brand Thinking
- Lead brand discovery sessions with clients to extract insights, values, tone, and positioning
- Build brand strategy frameworks like purpose, mission, vision, archetype, and messaging
- Conduct competitive and category research to shape positioning and differentiation
- Craft compelling brand narratives and key message pillars
Visual Identity Design
- Translate strategy into distinct, scalable visual identities
- Design logos, typography systems, color palettes, iconography, and visual languages
- Build brand guidelines and identity systems ready for digital and print use
- Create mockups, brand touchpoint samples, and pitch decks for client presentations
Communication & Execution
- Work with UX/UI, motion, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across digital and physical touchpoints
- Present work to clients with clarity, rationale, and creative confidence
- Mentor junior brand designers and align teams on the creative direction
You Should Have
- 5+ years of experience in branding, communication design, or creative strategy (agency experience is a plus)
- A strong portfolio of brand strategy + identity design work (both thinking and execution)
- Excellent storytelling and writing skills—can articulate ideas, not just design them
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and presentation tools (Keynote/PPT)
- A solid understanding of how brands behave across digital, retail, packaging, and social media
- High design sensitivity, attention to detail, and the ability to balance business + emotion
Bonus Points If You
- Have experience working on D2C, luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or SaaS brands
- Are comfortable facilitating workshops and leading client conversations
- Understand motion/3D/packaging design to elevate brand expression
- Love to geek out over brand archetypes, naming systems, or type pairings
