We are looking for a highly motivated and data-driven Outbound Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and optimise outbound strategies to attract and engage high-value B2B prospects, working as part of the Global Marketing Team.
This role is perfect for someone who loves the challenge of generating new business opportunities and scaling products through creative, data-driven, and customer-centric approaches.
Initial priority focus will be on email marketing, driving engagement, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted outbound email marketing campaigns to engage potential customers, nurture leads, and convert prospects into sales opportunities.
- Write, design, and optimise email content (subject lines, copy, CTAs) to maximise open rates, click-through rates, and conversions – includes A/B testing.
- Manage and segment email lists to ensure personalised, data-driven outreach. Contribute to ensure our database is maintained in good health.
- Implement automation workflows using CRM and email marketing tools to streamline lead nurturing.
- Monitor campaign analytics, generate reports, and provide insights to enhance strategy and ROI.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align email campaigns with broader marketing initiatives and business goals.
- Stay up to date with email marketing best practices, GDPR compliance, and industry trends to ensure optimal performance.
- Plan, execute, and manage trade show pre-event outreach, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-ups to generate leads and drive brand awareness.
- Plan, execute and manage print ads.
- Collaborate with external agencies for content creation where required.
- Use LinkedIn as a tool for lead generation, from strategy to execution.
- Ensure Social Media advertising strategies are aligned and developed in close collaboration with Global Digital Marketing Executive, who is responsible for organic social media platforms as well as paid search.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in outbound marketing, especially email marketing is essential
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills for engaging, persuasive messaging.
- Proficient in email marketing platforms, CRM systems, lead nurturing, and automation workflows. Confident user of HubSpot, META Ad Manager, Google Workspace, Google Analytics, Ads, and Tag Manager.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn for networking, sales, and lead generation.
- Globally minded with experience marketing across diverse markets, regions, and regulatory landscapes.
- Adaptable to performance data, feedback, and industry changes.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple campaigns.
- Analytical mindset for data-driven strategy adjustments.
- Growth mentality: eager to learn, experiment, and improve.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Experience in remote or hybrid work with excellent digital collaboration skills.
- Advanced English speaker with excellent written and oral communication.
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in business, digital, or marketing fields.
- 4+ years’ experience, prioritising similar B2B roles.
- Category experience in aesthetics, skincare, beauty, or medical devices, preferred but not required.
