Partner Marketing Manager, AWS
Derflan is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to join our consulting team, supporting our client AWS. This full-time consulting role focuses on building and executing scalable global partner marketing programs in collaboration with key GSI and ISV partners. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in partner marketing, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination within the cloud, software, or data technology sectors.
This is a strategic, hands-on role responsible for developing joint marketing initiatives, managing co-branded campaigns, and supporting integrated go-to-market plans that deepen partner engagement and drive business growth.

Location:
• Remote (US-based candidates only; open to occasional travel within North America)
Engagement Duration:
• 12+ months (initial contract through December 2025, with strong potential for extension)

• 5+ years in B2B marketing in the technology sector, with 3+ years focused on partner or channel marketing
Salary Range:
• $180,000 to $215,000 annually, full benefits
Travel:
• 1 to 2 times per month within North America
Key Responsibilities
Joint Marketing Strategy and Execution
• Support global partner marketing efforts including campaign planning, content creation, and event coordination
• Collaborate across regional marketing and partner teams to develop a unified global joint marketing plan
• Build scalable partner marketing programs aligned with go-to-market strategies
• Manage co-branded campaigns and tri-party initiatives to drive partner engagement and revenue growth
• Serve as a central point of contact to ensure alignment and execution across marketing initiatives
Partner Collaboration and Engagement
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with GSI and ISV partners
• Guide partners through internal tools, processes, and marketing portals
• Partner with third-party agencies to execute programs and deliverables on schedule
• Track partner performance, engagement, and marketing ROI through regular reporting
Performance Analysis and Optimization
• Monitor and analyze KPIs related to campaign impact, engagement, and pipeline contribution
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns
• Deliver performance reports and support executive communications and planning
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in marketing roles within the technology industry (cloud, software, or data)
• 3–5 years of partner or channel marketing experience, including co-marketing execution with GSI or ISV partners
• Experience building and scaling joint marketing programs across global teams
• Strong understanding of both digital and offline campaign tactics
• Ability to navigate internal marketing platforms and systems to support partners
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated success collaborating across cross-functional teams and external agencies
• Strong interest in technology and innovation
