They are building platforms that helps companies activate their data warehouse to deliver personalized customer experiences. Processing huge amount of data per day, with billions of events sync streaming in realtime and looking to scale.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior/Staff Backend Engineer to join our leading product offering — the product line powering nearly half of our revenue. You’ll tackle complex challenges at scale, shape critical architecture, and ship features that make an immediate impact.

What You’ll Do

• Build and scale real-time data systems used daily by global companies
• Design distributed systems for speed, reliability, and growth
• Optimize data warehouse performance (SQL, queries, caching, state mgmt)
• Ship features around analytics, experimentation, and orchestration
• Partner with product & design to deliver solutions users love
• Raise the bar with best practices and technical leadership

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years backend engineering experience - we use Node, Go, TypeScript, but we are open to any back-end language
• Strong background in distributed systems & API design
• Deep SQL / data warehouse expertise
• Balance of technical depth + product sense
• Clear communicator & collaborative problem solver
