Graphic Designer (Mainline)

Role – Graphic Designer (ATL Advertising)

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 2 to 4 years from Adverting or Creative agency

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer who is passionate about advertising, brand communication, and visual storytelling. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of traditional advertising and design principles, with the ability to translate brand objectives into impactful creative executions across print and offline media. This role will be responsible for creating compelling visual assets that strengthen brand presence and support marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop creative assets for print advertisements, brochures, catalogues, leaflets, posters, hoardings, outdoor campaigns, and other brand communication materials.

• Conceptualize and execute creative ideas based on marketing briefs, campaign objectives, and brand guidelines.

• Work closely with the creative, marketing, and account management teams to develop effective advertising campaigns.

• Create visually compelling layouts, illustrations, and communication materials that align with brand positioning.

• Adapt campaign creatives across multiple ATL touchpoints while maintaining consistency in messaging and design.

• Coordinate with production vendors, printers, and external partners to ensure accurate and high-quality execution of creative materials.

• Stay updated on advertising trends, design innovations, and industry best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong conceptual thinking and creative design skills.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

• Strong understanding of typography, layout design, colour theory, and print production processes.

• Ability to develop creative concepts and translate them into effective advertising executions.

• Excellent attention to detail and visual aesthetics.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in advertising, or creative agencies.

• Experience working on ATL campaigns across print, outdoor, retail, and brand communication.

• Understanding of print production, pre-press processes, and vendor coordination.

• Experience in packaging design, POSM, exhibition creatives, or retail branding will be an added advantage.
