We’re seeking a versatile and proactive Graphic Designer to join our internal graphic design team at Dentsply Sirona. As part of a collaborative group of creatives, you’ll help shape high-quality visual content across a wide range of internal and external channels. In addition to strong design skills, we're looking for someone who can enhance the team’s capabilities in project coordination, video editing, PowerPoint design, and the use of AI-powered tools.

This role will be based in Barcelona with the option of hybrid working.

Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments, including commercial teams, business units, and corporate functions.
  • Manage select design projects from briefing to delivery, including timelines and coordination.
  • Help prioritize the team’s workload and ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Translate briefs into visually compelling designs that align with brand identity and business goals.
  • Contribute creative solutions across various formats, such as video, static imagery, motion graphics, and presentations.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance workflows and explore new design approaches.
  • Create impactful PowerPoint presentations that support storytelling and adhere to brand standards.
  • Review deliverables from internal or external stakeholders to ensure quality and brand consistency.
  • Support the team in maintaining and organizing the digital asset management platform.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Canva or similar tools is a plus.
  • Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent.
  • Strong foundation in design principles, including layout, typography, color, and composition.
  • At least 3 years of professional design experience, ideally within both company and agency environments.
  • Solid understanding of corporate brand guidelines and how to apply them effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
  • Strong English skills (written and spoken) are required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating work across digital, print, and motion design.
  • Experience using AI tools in design workflows.
  • Experience with 3D design or visualization is highly valued.
  • Background in project coordination or creative operations is a plus.
