Our team includes senior leaders across product, marketing, and engineering from Silicon Valley, India, Indonesia, and Romania — all with extensive experience launching successful tech-enabled services.

Role Overview

We’re hiring a senior B2B marketing leader based in India to run end-to-end marketing and help grow our US client base of law firms and healthcare providers. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where your ability to execute and optimize across the full funnel will directly influence revenue. You'll be responsible for generating qualified leads and supporting sales efforts across our core verticals: Disability Benefits, Medicare, and Mass Tor

Core Responsibilities & Deliverables

1. Positioning & Messaging

Clarify and sharpen our value proposition to law firms.

  • Develop a core messaging guide and unique selling proposition (USP)
  • Build persona profiles for SSD, mass torts, and other legal verticals
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and positioning opportunities

2. Demand Generation

Drive predictable lead flow to our sales pipeline.

  • Launch and manage paid ad campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, legal directories)
  • Design multi-touch email cadences for cold/warm outreach
  • Build webinar/event strategies (e.g., “How to 3x SSD client intake”)
  • Own list-building strategy (e.g., bar associations, directories)

3. Content Marketing

Build authority and nurture trust with prospects.

  • Create ROI-focused case studies and sales collateral
  • Collaborate on blog posts, SEO content, and thought leadership
  • Coordinate with content/design teams for videos, explainers, etc.
  • Deliver decks, one-pagers, and articles that convert

4. Brand & Website Management

Make us look modern, credible, and differentiated.

  • Establish a clear brand style guide (tone, fonts, color, etc.)
  • Own CRO for the website — homepage, landing pages, FAQs
  • Build segment-specific landing pages (e.g., SSD vs. Medicare)

5. Sales Enablement

Equip our outbound sales team to convert leads.

  • Draft outbound scripts, email templates, and objection-handling playbooks
  • Create ROI calculators and “Cost per retainer” comparisons
  • Help develop tailored pitch decks per prospect type

6. Analytics & Optimization

Make marketing measurable, scalable, and accountable.

  • Set up dashboards for CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and pipeline attribution
  • Run A/B tests on ads, emails, and landing pages
  • Optimize campaigns based on clear performance insights

Who You Are

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in B2B marketing or growth, ideally selling to law firms or service-based businesses in the US
  • Deep understanding of outbound marketing, performance funnels, and demand gen best practices
  • Strong execution skills — this is a doer’s role, not just a manager’s(small 1-2 member)
  • Tools: Familiarity with outbound tools (Apollo, Instantly), CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), and analytics (GA4, attribution tools)
  • Excellent written and visual communication — you should be able to brief content/design teams and produce basic marketing copy if needed
  • Comfort with collaborating across time zones (US–India overlap)

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience marketing to law firms, insurance, or legal tech
  • Exposure to events, partnerships (e.g. bar associations, legal media)
  • Familiarity with compliance-sensitive marketing (HIPAA, TCPA, etc.)

Additional Requirements

  • Remote position: Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection (multiple providers preferred) and power backup
  • Willingness to be an individual contributor (IC) and eventually build a small team(1-2)
