Primary Job Function:
As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will be leveraging sophisticated data management and insights to elevate our marketing effectiveness. This role combines technical expertise, strategic thinking, and data intelligence to optimize marketing performance, ensure data integrity, and drive meaningful business outcomes through precise, data-informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management:
- Oversee data quality and consistency across multiple marketing systems, including CRM, Marketing Automation, Prospecting and data platforms.
- Proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring a clean and actionable marketing database
- Help manage data migration projects, ensuring seamless data flow between systems
- Continuously enhance data richness by integrating and validating information from external prospecting sources
Audience Analysis and Segmentation:
- Leverage data from prospecting platforms to identify and segment target audiences
- Transform complex data insights into actionable strategic recommendations that enable hyper-targeted marketing and sales initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to translate intricate data findings into executable campaign strategies
- Utilize advanced tools like RingLead to systematically enrich and validate contact data, improving overall data quality and targeting precision
- Generate reports that clearly communicate audience insights, campaign potential, and strategic recommendations to project stakeholders
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, operations or equivalent education and experience
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data management tools
- Experience in marketing automation platforms (Eloqua or similar)
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and reporting experience in Salesforce, Hubspot or similar
- Strong experience with prospecting/data platforms (Demandbase, ZoomInfo or similar)
- Proficiency in data enrichment tools like Ringlead
- Understanding of data quality and governance principles
