Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of developers, driving delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Provide technical leadership across Guidewire configuration, integration, and customization.
Design and develop solutions using GOSU, PCF, Data Model, Workflows, Activities, and Product Designer.
Prepare and enhance design artifacts (field mapping, data models, rules, etc.).
Drive solutioning, POCs, and reusable components to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to implement complex rules and workflows.
Troubleshoot critical issues and provide effective solutions/workarounds.
Manage offshore coordination, task allocation, and status reporting to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
7–12 years IT experience with 5+ years in Guidewire InsuranceSuite.
Strong hands-on experience in PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter (v10.x / Cloud).
Experience with Guidewire integrations (SOAP/REST APIs, Messaging).
Familiarity with Guidewire Cloud (APD, Integration Gateway, Underwriting Workbench).
Expertise in Guidewire configuration (transactions, jobs, LOBs, forms, accounts, contacts).
Experience with XML, GUnit, Jenkins, Git/TFS, SonarQube.
Knowledge of app servers (WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat) and databases (SQL, Oracle, DB2).
Strong communication skills; Guidewire Cloud Certification – Mammoth ski release (minimum)
