Field Application Engineer _ Industrial Automation , CZ & SK

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Application Engineer CZ&SK to join our team and help expand our footprint in the Czech and Slovak markets. In this role, you will play a key part in driving our business growth by providing technical expertise and support to our partners and customers. Your main challenges will include:

1.    Actively participating in approaching targeted accounts in the presale phase
2.    Promote Delta robotics offerings and other Delta solutions
3.    Present new products and solutions to current or potential customers
4.    Support channel partners and customers with identifying and solving technical problems
5.    Support high potential machine builders in complete conversions - PLC programming will be required time to time.
6.     Participate in training courses and actively communicate with our EMEA team based in Helmond NL.
7.    Conducting benchmarking analysis for IABG products and solutions whenever required.
8.    Reporting periodically on technology and feature trends related to IABG products and solutions.

Qualifications

1. 1.    Technical degree, preferably in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
   2.    Minimum 5+ years of hands-on industrial automation experience.
   3.    Ability to program CODESYS based PLCs
   4.    Ability to build and support whole industry automation solution including VSDs, motion products and HMIs
   5.    Experience with robotics and machine vision is required
   6.    Experience with SCADA SW is a plus
   7.    General understanding of Industry Automation trends, main players and main challenges in the region is a plus
   8.    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with intercultural awareness.
   9.    Excellent organization, planning, analytical, and presentation skills.
   10.    Czech or Slovak native speaker, English level B2 is required for frequent communication with our HQ in Helmond, Netherlands.
   11.    Proven ability to work independently.
   12.    Frequent travel within the Czech Republic and Slovakia, with occasional travel to Helmond or other locations as required.
   13.    Valid driving license is required.
