This role is ideal for someone who combines strong leadership with executional sharpness—and who uses AI tools proactively and intelligently to enhance content creation, optimize performance, and streamline all aspects of marketing operations.
Your Role
As Interim Marketing Lead, you will own the global marketing strategy and oversee the daily operations of the Marketing & Brand department. You’ll work cross-functionally with leadership, business development, design, and data teams to ensure the Delphos brand—and its sub-brands—is consistently represented across all digital and offline touchpoints.
Your mission will be to raise brand awareness and drive deal closings across all Delphos entities, ensuring our messaging supports growth objectives at every stage of the client journey.
Your AI-first, digital-native approach will be critical in driving innovation, scaling content production, accelerating results, and improving marketing ROI through tools like Monday.com, Jasper AI, ChatGPT, SurferSEO, and others.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Oversight
· Own and refine the global marketing strategy, aligned with business objectives
· Lead insight-driven, performance-based marketing initiatives
· Use AI tools (e.g., Jasper, ChatGPT, SurferSEO) to optimize strategy development, streamline execution, and scale performance marketing
· Integrate AI-enhanced insights into campaign planning, performance tracking, and growth loops
· Strengthen Delphos’ thought leadership and global visibility in key sectors and geographies
2. Team Leadership
· Lead a multidisciplinary marketing team, including:
→ 1 Marketing Intern
→ Design Team
→ Marketing Insights & Data Team
→ Web Developer (WordPress CMS)
· Manage weekly check-ins and workflows via Monday.com
3. Brand & Communications
· Ensure brand consistency across all channels and formats
· Own and manage the editorial calendar and content planning
· Create and distribute the monthly newsletter
· Develop and implement an email marketing strategy to nurture potential new clients (via CRM)
· Oversee and contribute to best-in-class content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
· Write and edit high-quality copy across all touchpoints; lead content briefings
· Ensure alignment between content, design, and strategy
4. Design & Asset Management
· Coordinate design processes and reviews (4-eye principle)
· Manage production of key brand assets (e.g., event materials, deal slides, presentations)
· Supervise brand template usage and support the evolution of Delphos’ global visual identity
5. Innovation & Brand Development
· Support the development and launch of new services or sub-brands
· Guide naming, positioning, go-to-market strategy, and visual identity
· Create and lead launch campaigns to drive awareness and adoption
· Champion the use of AI across all creative disciplines — from copywriting and design to segmentation and automation
6. Marketing Insights & Value Creation
· Lead marketing reporting and analytics in collaboration with the data team
· Define and monitor KPIs across all campaigns; report performance via Power BI
· Coordinate monthly design performance reviews to refine creative outputs
· Oversee the development of high-value marketing tools: quarterly/annual reports, free resources, client apps, and downloads
Objectives
· Double total marketing impressions across key digital platforms
· Grow Delphos' social media presence
· Drive consistent growth in engagement, brand visibility, and lead generation
· Expand website reach using SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) best practices
· Continuously improve the smart use of AI for content creation, marketing optimization, and CRM management
Your Profile
· 10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand leadership
· Strong background in B2B or professional services preferred
· Excellent copywriting and editorial skills
· Fluent in English
· Confident leading creative, analytical, and web development teams
· Proficient with project and CRM tools (e.g., Monday.com, HubSpot)
· Strategic and hands-on, with a first-mover mindset
· Proven experience using AI tools like Jasper, ChatGPT, SurferSEO, or similar platforms for content creation, marketing automation, campaign optimization, and CRM workflows
