Who we are looking for

Join us for a unique Recruitment Day in Budapest in August/September, where you'll have the opportunity to meet our designers, learn more about our projects, and get a behind-the-scenes look at how we create digital experiences for leading clients across industries.

This event is designed for junior UX/UI professionals who are passionate about design, technology, and the future of AI-enabled products.

🟢Following the event, selected participants may be invited to longterm cooperation and explore potential career opportunities within Deloitte Digital.

✅ What we're looking for

• Around 1 year of experience in UX/UI or Product Design (commercial, freelance, internship, or significant personal projects). 💼
• Hands-on experience with Figma, including creating wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and UI components. 🎨
• Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Lovable, v0, Cursor, Bolt, or similar) to support design, research, ideation, or prototyping. 🤖
• Basic understanding of Design Systems and reusable component-based design. 🧩
• Knowledge of UX principles and user-centered design methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and project managers.
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working.
• A growth mindset, curiosity, and a genuine passion for learning new technologies and AI-powered design workflows.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher and native Hungarian.
• A portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects and your design process. 📁
• Openness for hybrid work in Deloitte's office.

Your future role

• Design wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile products. 🎨
• Collaborate with senior designers to create intuitive, user-centered experiences.
• Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, research, prototyping, and day-to-day design workflows.?
• Create and maintain UI components while contributing to our design system.
• Support user research by helping prepare, analyze, and synthesize research findings. 🔍
• Prepare design assets and documentation for client presentations and developer handoff. 📄
• Work closely with designers, developers, project managers, and strategists in cross-functional teams. 👥
• Contribute to real client projects while growing your product design and AI skills.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and actively contribute to the team's continuous improvement.
