Summary

Working as a Software Engineer at Delinea means being a part of a highly capable, collaborative, and agile development team. Delinea is creating awesome software that's used by thousands of IT professionals all over the globe.

Reports to the Software Development Team Lead. This position must be based in the Eastern Time zone due to team time zone differences.

What You’ll Do

Be a fully contributing member of a Delinea Sprint team.
Work specifically on products related to cloud-hosted applications, such as Privilege Manager Cloud.
Contribute to the development, design and architecture of Front-End applications.

What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of backend development experience in Python
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS)
Familiarity with microservices and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
Strong understanding of REST APIs and data workflows
Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ)
Solid understanding of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and code documentation.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail

We'd Love To See

Bonus: Experience with cybersecurity, graph databases, or ML pipelines
Ability to quickly read and understand both new and existing code
Ability to look at the big picture, come up with great new ideas and execute those ideas by writing code to make it happen
Passionate about writing quality code and constantly honing your development skills
Experience with Agile software development methodologies
Experience with DevOps practices (e.g. continuous integration, continuous deployment)
