Who are we?

Within delaware digital, our team of digital performance marketeers takes care of the end-to-end execution of digital campaigns for clients across a range of sectors, from SMEs to mid-sized companies. To optimally service our varied client portfolio, we are looking for a strategic force of nature to join our troups, someone who looks beyond the campaign itself and who is a true digital marketing sparring partner.

You won't do this alone of course: you'll be backed by a close-knit team of delaware colleagues, working side by side with developers, designers, functional experts and project managers to turn ideas into reality. You'll get plenty of room to help shape how the team keeps growing and maturing, and because we're part of the broader delaware family, you can also connect your work to the full enterprise picture: ERP, CRM, data and operations.

Just so you know: delaware has its offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, Liège and Wavre. You’ll have the flexibility to work from home, to work together in the office and on-site at our clients. Since you’ll be visiting clients regularly, living centrally is a plus.

What will you be doing?

• Strategic sparring partner for clients: You translate client pain points and goals into sharp digital marketing strategies with realistic, measurable KPIs.
• Taking the lead, end-to-end: You lead pre-sales, define the strategy and support delivery, coordinating colleagues and freelancers and helping the team grow its maturity along the way.
• From paid to performance: You own paid advertising and make sure the right mix of paid, earned, shared and owned media is used.
• Data as your compass: You track campaign performance through analytics and make data and marketing sound easy, for clients and for IT and developers alike.
• Putting AI to work where it counts: You use AI tools to sharpen strategies and get to insights faster.
• Hands-on where it matters: You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves yourself to stay close to execution but always preserve your strategic focus, helping to raise your colleagues’ know-how along the way.

Is there a match?

Let’s see. If you…

• You have 7+ years of experience as a digital marketeer or marketing strategist, ideally combining agency/consulting experience, which enables you to tackle a wide variety of ever-changing challenges.
• You're proactive and a strong communicator, combining a drive for results with flexibility. A true agency mindset that switches quickly between priorities while keeping the overview.
• You have solid experience with paid advertising, from setup to campaign optimisation.
• You're data-minded: you read performance funnels and conversions, translate pain points into clear KPIs, and make data sound easy for clients and IT alike (no we don’t expect you to be a seasoned data engineer!).
• You have experience with B2B clients, ideally with mid-sized companies and up.
• You're AI-savvy and know how generative AI can make your work and your team's work stronger.
• You're fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a strong plus.
