Role: Senior Smart Contract Engineer (Remote – Europe / U.S. East Coast)
What They’re Looking For
They are seeking a security-minded smart contract engineer with deep experience in designing and reviewing ERC-4626 vault architectures. This role involves building production-grade smart contracts, conducting security reviews, and collaborating closely with auditors and other protocol engineers to ensure best-in-class security for users.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and optimize ERC-4626 tokenized vaults and strategy contracts.
- Conduct rigorous internal reviews and support external audits.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define vault specifications, risk parameters, and security requirements.
- Build robust test suites, fuzzers, and CI pipelines to catch vulnerabilities early.
- Stay ahead of the curve on new attack vectors, DeFi exploits, and security research.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong experience with Solidity and ERC-4626 vault design (or similar vault standards).
- Deep understanding of common DeFi attack vectors and mitigation strategies.
- Hands-on experience working with security tools like Slither, Echidna, or Foundry fuzzers.
- Proven track record shipping production smart contracts that handle significant TVL.
- Strong written communication skills for documentation and audit preparation.
Bonus Points
- Experience with cross-chain protocols or bridges.
- Familiarity with MPC wallets, multisig custody setups, or institutional onboarding flows.
- Background in formal verification or security research.
