What Will You Be Working On?

Klaviyo/Hubspot Flows & Campaigns – Your #1 priority is to own the entire email + SMS strategy and execution for your assigned clients to help them achieve their goals.
Copywriting & Briefing - You'll use your copywriting skills to strategise and wireframe emails, ready for handoff to our design team.
Reporting & Client Collaboration – You'll set monthly content calendars with your clients and report to them monthly on all key KPI's & initiatives to ensure you are pacing towards your targets and keeping our clients happy at all times.

Required Experience

3+ years of e-commerce email experience on Klaviyo Specifically
3+ years of e-commerce SMS experience using platforms such as Attentive, SMSbump, Postscript etc.
3+ years experience working at a Digital Marketing Agency
Natural copywriter with the ability to craft highly engaging email copy
